When God encountered a #StiffNecked nation in the OT (notice – “Egyptian” way not the descriptor but a nation’s inventory inability to discern and obey His Voice without taking advantage of and assuming His mercy/protection), plagues came upon the people. Halfway through the first plague, the economy was decimated (death of cattle) but Pharaoh wouldn’t fully repent.
